Great St. Johns River Cleanup
St. Johns Riverkeeper is partnering with counties, businesses, and nonprofits throughout the watershed to clean up the St. Johns River and its tributaries. Over 60 cleanups in Duval, St. Johns, Brevard, Clay, Orange, Volusia, Putnam and Seminole are planned during the month-long Great St. Johns River Cleanup! Beginning on March 16 and continuing through April 25, join an official cleanup in your county or organize a cleanup of your own.

We’ll meet at MOSH (1025 Museum Cir, Jacksonville, FL 32207)! Cleanup will take place along the Southbank Riverwalk.

We’ll meet at the T.K Stokes Boat Ramp (2120 Riverview St. Jacksonville, FL 32208). Part of the Great St. Johns River Cleanup.

Saturday, April 20 | Orange County | Seminole Ranch Conservation Area | 9 a.m. – 11 a.m.
Central Florida Recon will not bring kayaks to this event. 🐊These waters are home to gators! No paddleboards. There is plenty of space to walk on foot to pick up trash and we will have a supply of trash grabbers and buckets to share, feel free to bring your own bucket and grabber with you.

There will be a free giveaway as a thank you to the volunteers. There will be a zippered tote for those volunteers older than eight years of age, and a stuffed otter (while supplies last and for those on the pre-registered list) for the younger participants.
